This is a Design-Build project to develop a multi-use path for bicyclists, pedestrians, limited equestrian, & other users along the coastline from Kapaa to Kealia on the island of Kauai. Work includes, but is not limited to the demolition of existing structures, constructing new structures, & permitting to complete the project in conformance with applicable Federal State & County standards, codes & regulations.

The prebid site inspection meeting is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, Oct 13, 2003 at the Kawailehua Community Center, 5220 Paanau Road, Koloa.
